Young women may belong to the Senior Section from her 14th to her 26th birthday. Senior section includes Ranger Guides, Young Leaders and Girlguiding UK Duke of Edinburgh Award participants.

The senior section programme focusses on creativity, fit for life, community action, international, out-of-doors, independent living, personal values and leadership.

There are also many international opportunities for participants.
